McDonald's Genius Work

Robert McDonald doesn't have much on his genius work on his website. I learned it at his seminar "Modeling Genius" and have adapted it for our
group.

Here is my understanding of the genius work. One of the concepts of Genius is that it is not so much something possessed by the fortunate few, but rather a genius is someone who can channel universal intelligence and wisdom, much like a psychic can channel information.

Some are born with the gift of channeling, while others can acquire it by cultivating it. In a group context, there are certain conditions that must be present to enable individuals in the group to channel this intelligence. These include a group identity and rapport, complete safety, trust, as well as the of assumption of genius.

It is amazing how individuals can open up to amazing information when the right conditions are present. I have seen the most unlikely candidates
espouse incredible pearls of wisdom!
